My dad suddenly passed away about a month ago and we went to one funeral home, but their availability was very little so we came over to Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Ron was helpful and patient, guiding us through the process because it was the first time we had to plan a funeral. We had met with him for at least during an hour and showed us what each aspect would look like and how we could set up the altar area in order to perform a Buddhist ceremony. He was very accommodating to our wishes and even though they don't have a way to stream the services online, he provided us with stools and extension cords to set up our laptops and cameras so that family overseas could join. He was very responsive when communicating the details of the program and every detail we asked him to add was added which we appreciated because we were very last minute with some of the information we sent him. Him and his staff were very kind as well on the day of the funeral and helped with transitioning between each part. If you are planning a funeral, Magnolia Funeral Home is the place to go. Mr. Ron and his staff understand that this a hard time and they take the stress out of planning a funeral.

Glenn, you are an expert at what you do, and I apprciate your eye for detail and your demand for punctuality. You have a dedicated staff, and Jonathan was a delight to work with. The memorial service was perfect... I wouldn't change a thing. I am very happy with the gravesite we chose, and hope to select a marker/headstone that we will be proud of in the years to come.

My wife went to be with our Lord on March 28,2020 and Magnolia Funeral took care of her earthy body. I was very pleased the way they handled everything so beautifully and caring, especially during this virus and all the rules put out. They made a way for certain of Janie's love ones to say a loving farewell. I would highly recommend them to all who have lost loved ones.

Our Mom passed away on March 8th. We live near Magnolia Funeral Home and wanted to see about them working with us for Mom's service. Upon arrival I met with the owner Glenn and his wife Lori who were very professional and yet very compassionate. We went thru their pricing and all options we envisioned for our Mom's Celebration of Life service. Our Mother requested to be cremated so this was done. We were able to purchase 4 small memorial urns for each of us children and a main Urn for Mom's ashes. Our Father then passed away three months later on June 13th. Our Father was in the Navy for 20 years and wanted a full Military honors service. Glenn immediately contacted the Tomball and Conroe VFW and arranged a full 21-gun salute and flag folding ceremony. It was BREATH TAKING and exactly what our Father requested. He was also a Master Mason and we were able to also have a full Masonic ceremony. No pressure whatsoever on services or options which helped us tremendously to get thru the whole process. From writing the obituary to the providing the photos to the music and program. All sooo seamless which was incredibly helpful during our time of mourning. The main hall for the service was beautiful and had plenty of seating for our many friends and family who attended. Our parents were then laid to rest together in the Magnolia Memorial Cemetery there on the premises of Magnolia Funeral Home in a beautiful spot for Veterans. Glenn also assisted us in locating a company to help create a custom headstone for our parents. They also suggested a Pastor who led the service, Scott Zbylot, was FANTASTIC. He came out to my home, met with my brothers and I, asked us numerous questions which had us all laughing and crying. He did a fantastic job with the service. Our parents would of been proud of us. Thank you sincerely to Glenn, Lori and the other employees at Magnolia Funeral Home.

When my husband passed away, Magnolia Funeral Home was recommended to me by the Funeral Home in Virginia that I was dealing with. From the time I spoke to them on the phone to make arrangements to come pick him up until the end of his service , the Addison Family was very welcoming , caring, and passionate. It was a rare occasion, but my husband was being flown to VA for a service and final burial. It was the 4th of July weekend and flights were crazy so they held onto him until the 5th of July then had him flown out. I contacted the funeral home in VA and they said he arrived on time. My Father was ill and soon to pass away and we met with Magnolia Funeral Home. Glen was very in tune to our wishes, and confirmed more than once, that he would work with us financially since most of Dads friends had already passed away. The service was small so we did not need a large event. Glen had our event pre-planned and ready. He provided a perfect affordable service for the family and met our emotional needs. Dads burial was not typical, because we buried him in a family cemetery and Glen was able to drive hearse to the country and speak at the graveside. Glen has excellent knowledge of the scriptures and wont fail you in that area. This was a good experience and Magnolia Funeral Home provided excellent service for us. Roland

Planning a funeral is not something anyone wants to have to do. My husband and I lost his mother July 6, 2020. We decided to use Magnolia Funeral Home after a recommendation. We called and made an appointment to discuss what we wanted. When we drove up we felt like it was a peaceful/calm atmosphere. Everything was nice and neat. We met with Mr. Ron and he made the whole experience very pleasant. He went through the different options they offered and helped us plan out every detail. He never pressured us on any decisions. We felt like we were being treated like family and not a customer. After making our funeral arrangements they kept in contact making sure we were ready for our service. The service turned out beautifully. I would most definitely recommend using this funeral home to anyone needing funeral services. The staff are kind and considerate of your feelings the entire time you are dealing with them. We can't thank you enough for helping us during our loss.
