Jeremy Cozad

Jeremy Alan Cozad passed away on Monday, July 10th, 2023. Jeremy was a native Houstonian. He attended Northland Christian School from Kindergarten through the 9th grade when he transferred to Klein High School. Jeremy was the kind of guy that had a core group of close friends and kept them for life. His passion for cars began with Hotwheels, his first Vet was Barbie's big pink Corvette. As a teen he stuck his head under the hood of a car and started tinkering, before we knew it he had our garage filled with neighbors' cars he was working on and he became the go-to car guy for the neighbors. His first car was his Mom's old Volvo station wagon dubbed the "sleeper". Guys laughed when they saw Jeremy pull up at the track, they would lay their money down and he would happily pick it up with his "sleeper". Jeremy developed a reputation for his knowledge, skills, and integrity, by the time he graduated High School he had a business partner and founded PowerFab Automotive which he grew into the business that it is today. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoyed going to the lake with his guys, paintballing, four-wheeling, and X-box. Jeremy's life plan was work and bachelorhood, no wife, no kids, no dogs, just sweet freedom. Meeting Lauren changed all that and before he knew it he was down on one knee proposing to the love of his life. He ended up with a wife, stepdaughter, and three dogs and he wouldn't trade it for the world. Jeremy loved his family and we will carry that love with us for the rest of our lives. He was preceded in death by his father Randall Alan Myers, Maternal Grandfather John William Cozad, Paternal Grandfather Edward Alan Myers, Uncle Terence William Cozad, Aunt Theresa Cozad Brown and is survived by his loving wife Lauren Cozad, Step Daughter Abby Buchanan, Grandson Jaden Delgado, his mother Victoria Bradford, sister Brittany Bradford, Grandparents Eileen Cozad and Carole and Perry Westerfield, Aunts Andrea Brooks, Michele Myers, and husband Tom Moore, Cousins Alexis and Erin Brooks, Allen Brown, Chris Brown, Laura Brown, and Tina Brown.
