Brother Bert Reeves Jr. Sisters, Brittany Neel and husband Jason. Cortney Free and Fiancé Devan Parker. Nieces and Nephews, Charish, Cade, Cason, Adley, Brayden, Jaycee, and Barrett. His High School Sweetheart and Forever Love, Natalie Villarreal. Grandmother, Vera Rudel. Grandfather Billy Reeves and Wife Darlene Reeves. Along with Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Brandon was known for his wittiness. He had a heart the size of Texas. He filled our family with love and laughter. He left a mark on this world that we will never forget. We will truly love and miss him forever. A love for shoes and always perfecting his wardrobe. It has been a long, hard, and agonizing battle with addiction for 20 years with Brandon. We know that addiction is truly a disease that had a powerful hold on him. We wish he knew the incredible strength we knew he had in himself. Addiction, however, won the war unfortunately. Turning to drugs to fight the demons that we never understood, to ease struggles we couldn’t comprehend. We did everything we could to help him overcome this powerful disease. What we wish those demons told him was that we loved him more than he would ever know. That addiction would steal the potential he had for an amazing life. How it took his sparkle, smile, humor and ultimately his life. We as a family understand that we need to talk about this and educate the world about this epidemic. We know he may no longer be here physically with us but he is working miracles from heaven and we hope his story helps someone else struggling with addiction. We love him and will choose to remember the best times with him. That he was a wonderful Son, Brother, and Uncle. And know his love will shine down on all of us to keep us going in the tough days ahead. A Private Memorial Service will be held in Hockley, Texas on July 22nd, 2021. In Lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation to: 3rd Day Treatment Center In Memory of Brandon Reeves 7166 Mesco Dr. Bryan Texas 77808 You can do it directly by check to them. Though they are NOT a non-profit they use the money to cover treatment for people who can’t afford to and are also struggling with addiction.
