Ann "Nan" B Smith
December 3, 2021
Ann Bell Smith died peacefully while surrounded by loved ones on December 3, 2021. She was born in Wishaw, Scotland on July 2, 1943 to John Eade and Agnes McKerrigan Eade. We called her Nan, Mom and her grandchildren and all of their friends called her Gaga. She was blessed with a beautiful life that included living in three countries, on two continents and in two American states. Wherever she lived, she made a house a home, formed friendships and was known for throwing a heck of a party. She travelled all over the world with her husband, Stewart, family and friends. After immigrating to America in 1978, she travelled home as often as she could to visit family in Scotland, England and Wales. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Ernest Eade; grandson Trevor Wright; nephew Alan Eade; brother-in-law Robert Graham and her in-laws John and Janet Smith. Nan is survived by her husband Stewart Smith; daughter Susan Wright; daughter Christine Heath and son-in-law Brian Heath; grandchildren Trey Wright, Adam Wright, Austin Heath and Alex Heath; sisters-in-law, Christine Graham and Ruby Eade; nieces and nephews, Julie Graham, Jack Eade, Alison Eade, Ann Eade; and many beloved great nieces and nephews. The Addison family and staff of Magnolia Funeral Home extend condolences to Nan's family and friends during this difficult time.
