Julie Prosise

Julie Ann Prosise, 41, of Tomball, passed away on November 28th, 2017 at her home in Tomball, TX. Julie was born in Abilene, TX to Sandra and Gene Simpson on April 13th, 1976. She went to high school at Klein Oak and graduated in 1994. She worked as an Upstream Data Analyst for ExxonMobil for almost 22 years. Julie was heavily involved in her church, The Brook Church, and often helped in the toddler room. Through the church she got to sponsor Dayron Figueroa, a little boy from Peru, through Compassion.org.pe. She also participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She enjoyed watching her daughter play volleyball for the last 10 years and loved supporting her son Easton at his baseball games. Training to run for 5K?s and working out were something she liked to do daily. One of her favorite places was to be at the church, where she worshipped her Lord and Savior and spent time with some of her closest friends. Julie is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Paul and Mildred Carr and Prentice and Juanita Simpson and by her Aunt and Uncle, Ronnie and Beverly Westfall. Julie is survived by her loving husband Tracy Mizell, her children Madison Prosise and Easton Mizell. Her parents Sandra and Gene Simpson and her brothers Todd and Greg Simpson, her sister-in-law Pam Simpson and her nephew Jacob Simpson. She is also survived by a host of cousins and loved ones. Visitation will be held at Magnolia Funeral Home and Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery on December 5th, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. Funeral service will be held at Magnolia Funeral Home and Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery on December 5th, 2017 at 12:30 with Reverend Mike Ayers of The Brook Church officiating. Burial/Interment will follow at Magnolia Funeral Home and Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Addison Funeral Home are handling the funeral arrangements.
