Mr Bobby Wollum

Bobby Gene Wollum, age 85, of Magnolia, Texas, passed away on October 4, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Bosque County, Texas, to Levi and Nina Wollum, Bobby was the last surviving sibling. He is preceded in death with his brothers, James, Oren, and Levi Jr, as well as his sisters, Ada May, Billie, Joann, and Margaret. Bobby is now joyfully reunited with them. In April 1962, Bobby married the love of his life, Shirley Williams Wollum. Together, they shared nearly 59 years of marriage, building a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Shirley passed away in January 2021, but their bond and shared love will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew them. Bobby was a proud and dedicated truck driver and crane operator, whose “10-4” attitude was as much a part of him as his warm smile and sharp wit. Whether on the road or at home, he had a way of making people laugh, lightening heavy hearts, and reminding everyone to take life one mile at a time. He is survived by his daughter, Terri Drawhorn and her husband, James Stuksa; his grandchildren, Rebecca Wollum, Russell Sigers and wife, Krystal, Leeah Childers, Travis Childers, Joshua Drawhorn, and Jocelyn Drawhorn; and 10 great-grandchildren, Jacob Olvera, Jacey Apple, Justin Apple, Kayleigh Sigers, Audrey Sigers, Mason Childers, Mia Hicks, Danyul Drawhorn, Adien Towery, and Annabelle Foster. Bobby’s family remembers him not only as a hardworking man with a big heart, but as a storyteller, a jokester, and a loving papa who made every family gathering much brighter. His legacy of love, laughter, and “10-4” spirit will live on through each of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at Magnolia Funeral Home on October 18 at 1:30 pm with burial to follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens next to his beloved wife. Friends and family are invited to share their memories and keep his laughter alive.
